ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The purchase of any travel services offered by i-worldtours, constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and i-worldtours, and represents your acceptance of the i-worldtours Terms & Conditions set out herein.

Payment:

A non-refundable, non-transferable Amt of INR 20,000 or $500 per person is required to reserve space for you, with some limited exceptions as noted below. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received by i-worldtours and you receive a confirmation invoice. I-worldtours accepts Cash Cheque, Bank Transfer only. Your payment is not deemed made until it is received by i-worldtours. Your reservation will be automatically canceled if deposit is not received by i-worldtours by the deposit due date. On certain departures, deposits may be required at time of booking to hold or to confirm space for you. Please review and verify your booking invoice thoroughly and contact i-worldtours immediately if your invoice appears to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make changes later. I-worldtours cannot accept responsibility if we are not notified of inaccuracies within 5 days of sending out the invoice. In the case of billing errors, i-worldtours reserves the right to re-invoice you with correct pricing.

Final payment is due 45 days prior to commencement of services, with some limited exceptions as set forth below. Payment of the deposit indicates you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

If final payment is not received by the due date, your reservation will be canceled and your full deposit, will be retained by i-worldtours. I-worldtoursis not responsible for canceled land and/or air reservations in the event payment is not received by the final payment date. Payment in full is required at time of booking for reservations made within the final payment date of your vacation (in most cases, within 45 days of departure).

Cancellations :

Cancellation shall take effect only from the time the written request reached the Company at its office on working days within office time at the details listed above. However, in the following cases you shall be deemed to have cancelled the tour even if no cancellation notice is issued by you:

  • In case of visa rejection, you would be deemed to have cancelled on the date of intimation of such rejection. Please
  • If you fail to pay the tour costs in time or if you commit any other default in relation to your booking, we may treat such failure or default as a cancellation of the booking by you. In such case, the cancellation charges shall be computed with reference to the date on which we issue you a notice of cancellation;
  • If on your failure of payment or other default, no notice of cancellation is issued by us but your payment or default remains outstanding on the date of departure, the booking shall be deemed to have been cancelled by you without any advance notice, inviting the highest cancellation charge
Cancellation Fees:

If cancellation is received by i-worldtours before the final payment date of your vacation, your non-refundable deposit will be retained in addition to any airline-imposed fees or penalties. For individual reservations, the following per person cancellation fees apply. Total price does not include discounts, promotions, or special incentives.

The cancellation charges are as follows:
  • 45 – 30 Days prior to commencement of services : 25 % of total Tour Cost
  • 29 – 15 Days prior to commencement of services : 60 % of total Tour Cost
  • 14 – 07 Days prior to commencement of services : 80 % of total Tour Cost
  • 06 – 01 Days prior to commencement of services / No Show on departure day and later: 100 Percent of total price

Amendment of Booking by You :

If you wish to amend or change your booking, you have to communicate your request to us in writing. Such requests for change or amendment will be accepted subject to availability.

Please note that:
  • The amended or changed booking will be regarded as a new booking
  • An amendment fee of INR 5000 / $ 125 is payable in case of every amendment or change; and in case the amendment is carried out within the cancellation period, then a cancellation charge shall apply as if a cancellation was made on the date the request for amendment or change is made. Please note the cancellation charges specified in the preceding section.

Transfer from One Tour to Another:

A request in writing for transfer from one tour to another 45 days prior to the departure will be treated as cancellation on that tour and a fresh booking on another. In these cases, a transfer fee of INR 5000 / $ 125 per person will be applicable in addition to the costs for re-processing your visas, air tickets etc due to the transfer to another tour. In case you transfer within the cancellation period, then the cancellation policy will apply.

Air Arrangements:

i-worldtours is not responsible if an airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight for any reason. If you miss your departure flight, it is your responsibility to work with the airline on which you are ticketed to reach your destination. I-worldtours is not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur prior to joining your trip. I-worldtours is not responsible for and will not provide any refund for portions of trips missed due to canceled, rescheduled, or delayed flights.

For air purchased through i-worldtours if any air schedule requires a change such Pre / Post pone the Travel date will attract the amendment fees as prescribed by the corresponding Airlines or INR 5000 / $ 125 (whichever is higher) per person or overnight stay in a gateway city, i-worldtours can assist you with hotel reservations; however, the cost of the overnight stay (including hotel and meals) is at your expense. Air routings are subject to availability. Routings are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time. If you make your own flight arrangements, i-worldtours will not be responsible for any loss resulting from cancellation or changes in international gateways or travel dates.

Participation, On-Tour Behavior Punctuality:

As you are traveling with a group of travelers from across world-wide, all participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is not disruptive to the group and in a manner that is appropriate for group travel / Individual travel. For the benefit of everyone on the vacation, i-worldtours reserves the right to accept or reject any vacation participant and to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants.

i-worldtours is not responsible for any losses, including missed sightseeing or having to make alternate travel arrangements if you fail to meet at assigned timings while on tour. I-worldtours will not refund nor cover any cost or expenses incurred for termination of vacation arrangements due to unacceptable behavior or inability to maintain punctuality.

Price Policy:

All vacation prices are based on rates (reflecting foreign exchange rates) known at the time of publication and expected to be in effect at the time of departure Vacation prices are per person, based on double occupancy. Single room supplements and triple and quad room reductions are listed where applicable. Not all accommodation types are available on all vacations. Prices are subject to increase without notice, subject to the guarantees set forth below.

Visas Passports:

You are responsible for obtaining and paying for all visas and entry documents, for meeting all health and other requirements, and for any documents required by the laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the countries you will visit. You must consult with our Sales/Visa Consultant or appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed and are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents independently. I-worldtours will assist you in providing required information before depositing the Passports in the Embassy for Visa Processing and i-worldtours cannot accept liability for any passenger refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure of the passenger to carry correct documentation. All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a passport. Most countries require that the passport be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. It is recommended you have a minimum of three/four blank pages in your passport when traveling, as many countries require blank pages. Multiple-entry visas are required for some vacations. It is your responsibility to verify all visa and passport requirements. The process of obtaining a visa and/or passport could take up to three months. UK Visa require personal presence in the VFS at the time of application in UK Embassy at the time of Interview hence Travelers visiting UK must get their Passports stamped with Valid UK Visa before applying in any of the Schengen Embassy / Consulate.

Refunds:

Please note that any request for refunds is subject to company policy; no refund will be made for unused services on the tour, for unused transportation where group activity tickets are involved or for voluntary modifications made by the traveler.

Service Inquiries after the Vacation:

Any complaint or claim involving the vacation services offered on the Web sites must be notified to i-worldtours within 10 days of the tour completion, except where such time limitations are prohibited by law.

As it is difficult and sometimes impossible to properly investigate a complaint if i-worldtours is not advised of such complaint quickly, any compensation you may have been able to claim could be reduced or even forfeited if you do not follow the complaints procedure set out in this clause.

In the event of a problem or complaint involving the negligence of any suppliers, sub-contractors, or agents in relation to any service provided to the vacation participant, i-worldtours must receive the complaint while on the tour or cruise or within 10 days of tour completion.

Holidays:

During local or national holidays or special events, on Sundays, and religious occasions, certain facilities such as museums, churches, restaurants, sightseeing tours, and shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible. I-worldtours cannot be held responsible for any closures or curtails for any reason.

Safety:

Please be aware that during your participation in vacations operated by i-worldtours, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control, including but not limited to: the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, or other means of transportation; forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. I-worldtours will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. While i-worldtours will use its best efforts to ensure the adequate measures are taken, by agreeing to participate in a tour and/or optional excursions you agree that you will hold i-worldtours harmless regarding any provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered.

Photographs or Pictures:

Photographs or pictures appearing on the web site should be used solely as an indication of facilities and attractions. Actual facilities and attractions may vary according to itinerary. Maps shown on the vacation pages are current at the time of printing and may not reflect the actual tour routing should the itinerary change.

Website / Brochure Information – Disclaimers

We take reasonable care in preparing the brochure, price grid, web pages and other documents and in describing the services therein. However, we are not liable for any typographical/printing errors.

Furthermore, brochures may be printed several months in advance and the content may not always be fully updated. We therefore ask you to confirm the current information by contacting us.

Please note that the itinerary may have changed. The products and services displayed may have changed. The photos of meals / sightseeing are for reference and may differ from the actual meals / sights. Distance between places and temperatures are approximate and can change depending on travel, road conditions and climatic changes.

Conditions of Other Third Party Operators

In the event you are booking through us a tour / travel service of any third party operators like Cosmos, NCL etc, the terms and conditions of such third party operators, including their payment schedule, cancellation, refund etc shall be applicable to you in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

Rate of Exchange Applicable to Refunds

Please note that refunds of foreign exchange component of the tour cost will be based on our buying rate of that date. Kindly check the Rate of exchange through our sales network, our buying and selling rate for foreign currency applicable for that day. When we receive Indian rupees from you in relation to a booking, we convert them into the foreign exchange component of the tour cost at our selling rate, then applicable. However, when we refund the foreign exchange component to you in Indian rupees, we do so at our buying rate applicable on the date of refund.

Our Scope of Services:

We are travel and holiday organizers only. We inspect and select the services to be provided to you. However, we do not own, operate or control any airline, shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other facility or provider that is engaged to provide you services during the course of your tour.

Therefore, please carefully note that:

  • you will need to adhere to the conditions, rules and regulations of each service provider. For instance, you will need to check the baggage rules of the airline to understand what kind of baggage and how much baggage you can carry. You will need to check the hotel rules to check what the mealtimes are, at which you should make yourself available. The company is not responsible for the consequences if you breach such rules and regulations;
  • If you cause any injury or damage affecting the service provider, then you may be liable to the service provider and if the service provider recovers any monies from us for such injury or damages, we shall separately charge you for the same;
  • we cannot be held responsible for any delay, deficiency, injury, death, loss or damage occasioned due to act or default of such service providers, their employees or agents.

Jurisdiction:

i-worldtours hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country other than those where it is operating its offices. I-worldtours considers itself and intends to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of Mumbai (Maharashtra), India.
